The Dynacut lubrication system MDE-P is the professional version of our MDE system. Here aluminum containers with a content of up to 4 liters of coolant are used. Up to three coaxial spray nozzles for fog-free coolant application can be connected.
The coolant tanks are at a pressure between 0.3 and 1.5 bar via a pressure control valve, depending on the viscosity of the coolant. This ensures that after switching on the compressed air supply, the lubricant and the blown air are led separately from one another at different pressures to the nozzle outlet, where the finest coolant droplets are pressed into the air flow at the nozzle tip. The volume of the air flow at the nozzle tip and thus also the pressure are set by an adjustable needle valve on the nozzle unit. The supply of the cooling medium is also regulated with a needle valve on the nozzle unit. With the correct setting, the system works absolutely fog-free.
Lubricant and compressed air supply are switched on electrically via solenoid valves. The system can therefore be switched on and off automatically via a CNC control. There is also an optical and electrical level monitoring.
This system can be operated with all common cooling media that are suitable for minimum quantity lubrication. Different viscosities are not a problem.
Our cooling system can be used on all common drilling, turning, milling and sawing machines. It is particularly suitable for aluminum processing and for cooling on CNC-controlled machines.
The connection to the compressed air supply is made using a hose with an outer diameter of 6 mm.
At least one corresponding spray nozzle is required for operation.
