Pre-wired

The popular router motors all have one problem when used on CNC portals: the power cable is not suitable for drag chains. Given the heavy rubber cable, this is often ignored; at some point, however, the constant stress of constant, uniform bending leads to the cable breaking.

The pre-wired socket solves the problem by providing a connection directly on the Z-axis. The power cable of the router motor can therefore be rolled up and firmly lashed to the portal. In parallel to the power cable, a control cable with a socket in the same housing ensures the tidy connection of the 0 ... 10 V speed control, as offered by many of the routers. The cables for the mains voltage and speed control are permanently suitable for drag chains.
