Replacement part for accidentally deballed spindle nut. If a recirculating ball nut is rotated from the spindle without a mounting sleeve, the ball fitting falls out and cannot easily be reinserted in a functional manner. In such cases, you can try to save the spindle with a replacement nut.


Attention!
The balls in the spindle nut are secured from falling out with a mounting sleeve. Do not under any circumstances remove the mounting sleeve! Otherwise the balls will fall out! Screw the nut onto the spindle with the mounting sleeve inserted. The sleeve is squeezed out.

When manufacturing ball screws, the balling is adjusted individually and with very close tolerances to the respective spindle thread. This process does not occur when replacing the spindle nut. As a result, there may be perceived differences in ease of movement.
