CNC Graf electronic handwheel

The electronic handwheel is connected by cable directly to the smc5d-p32 controller. Since the machine is moved directly via the controller (without a PC), there are no delays in the positioning of the CNC machine.

The high-quality membrane keyboard of the handwheel has LED lighting. A metal snap disk inside the membrane keyboard confirms each switching operation with a click.

The handwheel has over 30 buttons. Several functions such as: Execute homing, start job, pause, etc. are permanently assigned and can be used immediately.

The handwheel housing is sealed and has a magnet attached.

Functions of the handwheel

• Movement of all 5 axes via one wheel (optical end encoder). Drive step by step 0.1 mm or 0.01 mm (adjustable in cncGraF).
• Functions: Execute reference, approach zero point, approach parking point, spindle on / off, set zero point X / Y / Z, pump on / off, start job, continue job, pause, abort are permanently integrated.
• Additional functions can be set using 12 free additional buttons. These 12 additional keys have slide-in windows that allow the key and field labels to be changed by using different text strips.
• Milling speed can be changed during the milling process.
• EMERGENCY STOP switch is integrated at the front of the housing.
