DIY-Kit MINI-Control 3-Axis 4.2 A for ESTLCAM

The great success of the predecessor "MINI control" left no doubt about the basic concept: simple, extensively documented build up, complete equipment with interfaces tailored to the needs of beginners - plus a price that stays within the hobby budget: that set in this one Class new standards. The MINI-Control, newly developed on the basis of good experiences, also scores with better accessibility of the terminals, more space and modular expandability that has been well thought out in detail for almost any application.

The connection to the respective control software is implemented via modules.
Make your selection before ordering, depending on whether you already have a software license that you can of course continue to use. However, only the Estlcam LPT adapter fits.

The power supply via an external power pack with 36 and 24 V makes the assembly of this controller largely non-critical and also suitable for beginners. Particular value was placed on the easy-to-understand circuit diagram and the continuously updated instructions. Nevertheless, on request we also offer the MINI-Control fully assembled - only those who want and can build it themselves should do so.

The interfaces leave nothing missing: tool length sensor, emergency stop, everything has its place on the clearly labeled terminal strips. In addition, two 24 V outputs are available to switch the 230 V for the milling spindle or peripherals such as chip extraction or minimum quantity lubrication via the optionally available SwitchBox.

Options for additional axes and speed control
Frequently required extensions can be easily added as an optional module without major modifications. Two additional output stages can be used in slave mode for double drives or separately as separate axes*. Another module enables the speed control of spindles with a portal connection (such as Mafell or AMB) as well as via a frequency converter. Further modules are under development and the options are constantly being added to.

*Since Estlcam cannot control a fourth axis, a change of software would also be required.
