Droplet nozzle TDF-S

With the TDF-S droplet nozzle, the user can equip existing MDM and MDE systems with a second nozzle. With a V distributor, the air and coolant outlets on the device are expanded by a second outlet. A second nozzle can then be operated at this further outlet. These nozzles are also used on our MDE-P systems.

In the TDF-S nozzle, the supply hoses are additionally provided with a protective tube.

Connection with pneumatic hose:
6 mm outer Ø for air
4 mm outer Ø for coolant

The following is also required for connection as an additional nozzle:
One each
Y-connector for 4 mm hose (PNE.SVY4.4M)
Y-connector for 6 mm hose (PNE.SVY6.6M)

or one each

T-connector for 4 mm hose (PNE.SVT4.4M)
T-connector for 6 mm hose (PNE.SVT6.6M)
