Discover the possibility of upgrading the X/transverse axis of your Volksfräse from Jaster CNC Technik GmbH!

This kit can be used to prepare the cross axis for the installation of high-quality 16 mm ball screws and HGR20 guides. Our HGR-20 upgrade for the cross axis is a modular kit that has been specially developed for the popular Volksfräse.

Our kit has been designed with the standard dimensions of the Volksfräse in mind and fits perfectly into your frame. We are of course available for customised size adjustments.

The guide plate is connected directly to the profile using screws, ensuring a robust and stable connection. The cross plate is designed so that it can be seamlessly integrated with the existing mounting options for the standard Z-axis without the need for additional work.

It is driven by our proven spindle upgrade set for the cross axis, which ensures optimum performance and reliability.

Our kit also includes a high-quality brush from Mink Flex System (FBL3002 fibre height 15), which can be perfectly integrated into the milled grooves. A simple cut of the rear part to 7 mm is required as the standard length is 13 mm. Countersunk screws are required to fasten the brush in order to clamp everything securely.
