Fog-lubrication MVE
The minimum quantity lubrication MIKROMAX MVE works according to the Venturi principle: Compressed air supplied atomizes thin lubricant into the cooling mist in the nozzle. The quantity of compressed air and coolant can be fine-tuned with needle valves independently of the respective requirement. The system works with an air pressure of 0.3 to 1.5 bar. At higher pressures up to 6 bar, the coolant is atomized more finely.
Lubricant and compressed air supply are switched on electrically via solenoid valves. The system can therefore be switched on and off automatically via a CNC control.
The system is assembled ready for operation and consists of:
Coolant tank with a capacity of approx. 1.6 liters
approx. 2 meters of connecting hose between the container and the spray head
Spray head with needle valves and flexibly adjustable nozzle
Intake filter in the coolant tank
This system can be equipped with a further nozzle via a V-distributor (4 mm outer Ø for lubricant, 6 mm for compressed air).
The connection to the compressed air supply is made using a hose with an outer diameter of 6 mm.
