A problem solver, developed from practice. The designer of this hard-shell case was tired of not being able to find a safe and easily accessible place to put the indispensable notebook when working as a service technician. The idea: open the case for the computer and hang it as a console with magnets at a comfortable standing height on one of the always available sheet metal walls.
The top two of the four neodymium magnets have a pulling force of 50 kg each, the bottom 10 kg each. Together they are bombproof; but also removing it is surprisingly easy by lifting the attached case lid from below.
The extremely robust hard-shell case is optimized for durability. Plastic-coated steel cables, attached with ring eyelets, serve as tethers for the lid, and the hinges are screwed instead of just riveted. The foam inlets can be adjusted to your own space requirements, and an acrylic inner lid forms the table when used.
