Discover the possibility of upgrading the Y/longitudinal axis of your Volksfräse from Jaster CNC Technik GmbH!

With this kit, the longitudinal axis can be prepared for the installation of high-quality 16 mm ball screws and HGR20 guides.

Our upgrade kit has been specially developed for the standard size of the Volksfräse and fits your frame perfectly.

Installation is child's play: The fixed bearing side is attached directly to the front of the profile with just 4 M6 screws. The side plates are connected directly to your profile with 84x M5x12 and 18x M6x12 screws and the corresponding sliding blocks (sliding blocks not included).

Our driver is perfectly matched to the existing mounting options so that no additional adjustments are required. The adapter plates for the HGR20 carriages make installation even easier, as they enable simple adaptation to the side panels.

The drive is direct via a shaft coupling and everything is designed for Nema 23 motors to ensure optimum performance.
