Modular Vise

Divided into two modules, the modular vice offers great flexibility when it comes to quickly and safely clamping medium to large components on a T-slot plate. The application is conceivably simple and fast: the jaws of the vise, which are freely movable in the grooves, are pushed against the component, the group aligned and tightened with screws and slot nuts. The fixation of the workpiece is then done by tightening the claws. The often cumbersome handling with clamping claws, tie rods and step blocks is thus obsolete.

On the underside of the middle part guide pins can be used to facilitate the longitudinal alignment in a T-slot, if necessary.

With a second vice side and other (e.g., knife) clamps, the kit can be expanded to a full system for a huge variety of clamping tasks.
