Application

The scope extends over all metals E and NE, e.g. Steel, unalloyed or alloyed, all castings: cast steel, malleable cast iron, die-cast. Copper and its alloys, such as cast brass, gunmetal, etc. and all chrome-nickel alloys.

Properties / Product advantages

Monos Miko S3G is ideal for:
Spent and Chipless machining. For non-cutting forming operations: rolling, deep drawing, wire drawing, tube bending etc. Thread cutting, threading, tapping, centering, reaming and reaming with reamers, drilling and milling, etc.

Monos Miko S3G offers as further advantages:
- high cutting speed, low wear of the tools
- Exceptionally long service life and the most accurate fits and
- low rejection rates, no hardening, light degreasing with alkalis.

Monos Miko S3G is low-viscosity, therefore:
