PhotoVCarve verwandelt Fotografie- und Bildvorlagen in exzellente Werkzeugbahnen, die auf nahezu allen CNC Fräs- und Graviermaschinen gefahren werden können.
Mit PhotoVCarve lassen sich auf normalen CNC-Fräs- und Graviermaschinen Bildvorlagen in erstklassiger Qualität umsetzen - ohne aufwändige Lasertechnik! Für 2D-Bilder wird die VGroove-Technik angewandt bei der Helligkeit und Kontrastder Bildvorlage durch Kerbschnitte dargestellt werden.
PhotoVCarve bietet darüber hinaus die Anfertigung von 3D-Lithophanien direkt von einer fotografischen Vorlage oder 3D Objekten von Graustufenvorlagen. Mit diesen Techniken entstehen eindrucksvolle Geschenke und Andenken von bleibendem Wert.

V-Groove-Bearbeitung (Kerbschnitt)
PhotoVCarve erzeugt auf dem Werkstück Reihen von Kerben, deren Breite und Tiefe die Details einer Fotografie oder eines Bildes wiedergeben. Die Qualität der fertigen Bearbeitung hängt stark vom Kontrast zwischen der Materialoberfläche und den heraus gearbeiteten Kerben ab. Bitte erinnern Sie sich daran, wenn Sie Ihre Entwürfe mit PhotoVCarve umsetzen! PhotoVCarve verarbeitet dunkle Bereiche des Fotos in breite, helle Bereiche in schmale Kerben. Die Software berechnet die Werkzeugbahnen unter Berücksichtigung des ausgewählten Schneidwerkzeugs und der maximal erforderlichen Tiefe des Schnitts.
3D-Lithophanien
Lithophanien sind Bilder, die bei der Betrachtung mit normaler Beleuchtung blass und leblos wirken. Werden sie hingegen von hinten beleuchtet, verwandeln sie sich in verblüffende 3D-Bilder mit Tiefe und Detailreichtum, wie sie ein normales 2D-Foto nicht zu bieten hat. Die Lithophanietechnik wurde Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts für die Massenproduktion von Porzellan-3D-Bildern entwickelt. Auf eine dünne Bienenwachsplatte wurde zunächst ein 3D-Entwurf graviert. Vor dem Licht einer Kerze konnte man die Effekte bei Durchleuchtung des Wachsbildes kontrollieren. Diese Designvorlage wurde anschließend zum Bau einer Form für das Porzellangiessen verwendet. Die Lichtdurchlässigkeit des Porzellanbildes variiert wiederum mit der Dicke des Porzellans.
3D Graustufen Technik
PhotoVCarve verrechnet automatisch die Graustufen eines Bildes in ein 3D Höhen-Modell, das anschließend mit der CNC-Maschine ausgeschnitten wird.
Der PhotoVCarve Arbeitsablauf
Die PhotoVCarve-Steuerung ist intuitiv zu benutzen und führt Sie durch die einzelnen Arbeitsschritte: öffnen der Bilddatei, Berechnung der Werkzeugbahnen, Vorschau der Ergebnisse und speichern der Datei, die anschließend die CNC-Bearbeitung steuert.
Zu Beachten
Dieses Programm ist derzeit nur in Englisch verfügbar. Die Praxis hat aber bereits gezeigt, das durch die intuitive Bedienung und gute Grafische Aufarbeitung, bei der Bedienung wenig Fragen auftauchen. Sollten doch Fragen offen bleiben, können Sie sich jederzeit an unseren Support wenden.
