Parts set ALU-Line Gantry 0610 

Length and width alone do not make a large machine: Only the carefully thought-out statics that go with it ensure the perfect usability of long travels. The ALU-Line impresses with table profiles with large cross-sections and reinforcements on almost every connection.

Additionally, the Gantry version comes with two external X-drive spindles for twice the power.

With this kit you get all the necessary parts for the mechanical construction of the portal milling machine. The drag chains and stepper motors are not included.

The mechanism is delivered in individual parts for self-assembly. The pictures show the fully assembled state. After completion, the parts set presented here represents what is known as an "incomplete machine" in the EC Machinery Directive. This must be supplemented by adding further components to form a finished machine. The housing and the functional safety module (operator protection) offered by Sorotec can be used for this.
