The problem solver when using inductive sensors as reference switches.
Normally it is not easily possible to connect inductive sensors of more than one kind to a CNC control. The following points must always be taken into account:
NPN and PNP cannot be mixed
The activation LED on the sensor often does not work properly
Future sensors must be taken into account from the outset
It cannot be recognized whether the sensor is connected
No short circuit protection
Eding's SensorHUB solves these problems by converting the signals from any sensors into a uniform output. The board has 3 inputs, each of which offers a 24 V and a GND connection.
The SensorHUB is powered by 24 VDC, the output however can be configured as 24 or 5 VDC.
A DIN rail housing is available separately for mounting.
Technical data:
Input voltage: 24 VDC
