Pneumatic tool changing - with electric fan for noise reduction

Starting with the ATC71, Teknomotor faced the challenge of designing the world's smallest and lightest automatic tool changer available. The result is the here presented tool changer spindle ATC41, with less than six kilograms of mass and the usual high quality of Teknomotor outstandingly suitable for use in CNC machines. Wood, aluminum, plastic: eliminating the laborious tool change by hand speeds up production times enormously. Combined with the precision of the spindle supported in double ceramic bearings against radial and axial forces, the ATC41 takes small to medium-sized CNC systems to the next level.

Blocking air protects the spindle against dust and shavings, the ISO20 holder grips toolholders according to ER11, ER16 and ER20.

Warning: A run without a tool holder inevitably leads to bearing damage!
