Video positioning system "EasyMarker"

Professional video system with Basler GigE industrial camera and image processing license, for automatic alignment and registration mark recognition for contour cuts and millings.

The system makes it possible to automatically adapt the design to the workpiece in question by recognizing and measuring previously applied or printed registration marks. With the data obtained in this way, the work paths are automatically adapted to the workpiece.

Practical example:
In order to be able to cut or mill printed motifs precisely from a plate, the plate would have to be perfectly aligned with the printing on the machine and a zero point determined with great effort. Even in the ideal case, a trial run would have to be carried out - but usually several. Sometimes you leave an unnecessarily thick border.

The camera system circumvents this problem. Previously around the motif printed registration marks are recognized by the video positioning system and compared with the working paths of the drawing. Based on the determined differences, the drawing is then rotated, moved and, if necessary, also scaled.

The system is seamlessly integrated into cncGraF Pro as a plug-in. The definition of an offset between the camera and the Z-axis position allows permanent mounting next to the Z-axis and is ideally suited for digital printers, packaging design, signs and advertising, as well as fabric cuts for flag and banner assembly using milling tool trains, oscillating tangential knives and lasers.
