Wheel kit DIY for EdingCNC

The Wheel kit consists of the following components:

• 1 x case with pre-machined notches
• 1 x rubber protection
• 1 x high-quality label in digital printing (with pre-punched holes)
• 1 x Rotary Encoder
• 1 x 3 m flexible, shielded cable
• 2 x button (red and green)
• 1 x cable gland with bending protection
• 1 x nine-pin connector with hood
• 1 x matching nine-pole chassis connector with mounting kit
• 1 x Schematic (digital)

Functions Handwheel:
With a hand wheel a CNC machine is much easier to operate. The setup of the machine is much more comfortable and safer than with a keyboard and mouse, which are also much more sensitive to pollution and fog cooling.
All axes can be set either in continuous or single step mode, proceeding with a step size of 1.0, 0.1 or 0.01 mm
In continuous mode, the machine can be positioned quickly, in single step operation the axis can be positioned precisely.

Functions in manual mode:
Green button: zero setting of the selected axis
Red button: select the next axis
Encoder: proceedings of the selected axis

Functions in automatic mode:
Green button: start program
Red button: pause program
Encoder: feed speed from 0 ... 300 % set
