MDF workpiece support 
... with 4 x 3 thread grid, suitable for HOBBY-Line 4530

As an inexpensive but highly functional alternative to the T-slot plate, this workpiece support is almost unbeatable. The black colored MDF (medium density fibreboard) is hard and stiff enough on the one hand to be able to absorb the forces during clamping and processing as a precisely plane-parallel base. On the other hand, the wood-based material has a vibration-dampening effect.

The plate comes with all the holes and countersinks required for attachment to the table profiles of the HOBBY-Line. The grid with 4 x 3 holes for the clamping threads is also pre-drilled. You only have to screw in the enclosed screw-in nuts ("Rampa sleeves"). Of course, you can easily supplement the thread grid thus completed at any time according to your own ideas.
